The Purpose Driven Official Workshop Kit turns the book into a structured 60-minute session your own people can lead, then carries it into twenty days that take every official through the entire book. This is the paperback edition: the complete kit, plus 25 printed copies shipped to you, one for every seat.

The hour

Eleven timed movements: identity under pressure, a thirty-second reset officials can use at their next assignment, the consistency that builds trust, the courage to make an unpopular call, mentoring the officials coming up behind them, and who they are when the uniform comes off.

The Facilitator Guide scripts all sixty minutes — what to say, which page to open, how long to hold each moment, and what to do when the room goes quiet. No outside facilitator required, and no advance reading for participants.

The twenty days

Ten minutes a day. Each day names three or four pages to read, one question the book already prints, and one behavior to practise at a real assignment. Eight prepared messages keep the pace. By Day 20 every official has read The Purpose Driven Official cover to cover, practised twenty behaviors at real games, and signed the Legacy Pledge.

Books ship separately — allow up to three weeks, and set your session date at least four weeks out so they are in the room with time to spare.
